Keep the dream alive

your agent

The Problem: Your driver has the talent to compete on the national level and the 4X increase in program costs is outside of your disposable income.

Solution: Find sponsors to subsidize the cost of the program.

Sponsorship acquisition is a full time commitment and we understand that it’s hard to find the time and the skillset needed. Let us utilize our motorsports sponsorship experience to actively reach out to companies on your driver’s behalf.

We operate on a Paid for Performance model where our compensation is a percentage of sponsorship dollars that we acquire for your program.

As parents of a young Karter we understand how special it is for your driver to have found their passion and how important it is to support their dream.

We help keep the dream alive.

Agency requirements

The largest hurdle in getting sponsorships for youth athletes is getting companies to trust them as a brand ambassador due to their age. The best way to build trust is to have professional & polished touch points throughout the sponsorship conversation.

To be an agent for your driver, we require a high quality Sponsorship Outreach Program, Social Media Channel, Website, and Proposal. We can produce these if needed.

With these assets in place we have generated thousands of sponsorship dollars for our drivers.

Expand the following sections to learn more.

A customized outreach letter accompanied by a playbook that shows how to identify and research the right companies / contacts. This targeted approach has over a 75% response rate even with large brands.

Click the case studies below.

Setup of up to (5) channels. Content guidance and suggestions to maximize support of sponsorship conversations. As this is the most valuable asset our online playbook focuses on ideas, software, and hardware to produce high quality content.

Custom website guided by the driver’s input. A unique design is produced by combining the color scheme of their kart with elements of their favorite drivers websites.

Custom proposal with unique campaigns for specific prospective companies. It includes all the elements that marketing departments expect including a well thought campaign that highlights your driver’s sponsorship assets.

let the pros do the work

Netflix is a huge brand and provided a Stranger Things care package. Even though this conversation didn’t turn into sponsorship funds, a relationship has been formed that will be maintained as we move up the ranks.

Bad Daddy’s, a regional casual burger chain brand,  initially provided a small donation and a gift card. The relationship has grown through the season where they actively promote hat signing events with access to all of their locations. These events raise funds and increase exposure through merchandise sales while increasing the driver’s online followers count.

TUMS, a global brand, took a year to respond. They provided (4) club / cold passes to the NASCAR Charlotte Roval Race which included hospitality and a package consisting of merchandise and TUMS. They also mentioned Madi’s program on Twitter providing additional exposure.
